You’ll practice self-massage, gentle stretching, mindful breathing, and positive self-talk—creating a set of easy tools you can use anytime, whether you’re working from home, at your desk, or on the go.
What to Expect:
- Gentle, guided practices to release tension in the neck, shoulders, and hands
- Breath and body-scan meditations to calm the nervous system
- A deeper understanding of how touch and breath affect mood and mindset
- Simple rituals you can repeat anytime, anywhere to reset and refocus
- Exercises to shift inner dialogue from self-doubt to self-trust
- A sense of community and shared experience with fellow freelancers
- A take-home 3-minute reset card + your own massage move and power phrase
