In a world buzzing with deadlines, notifications, and the constant demands of freelance life, it’s easy to feel scattered and stressed. This workshop invites you to pause, breathe deeply, and rediscover your inner balance—using the simple, ancient power of your own voice.

– We’ll hum, sigh, sing, and resonate.

– We’ll gently stir the vagus nerve – our body’s secret witchy wire to inner balance.

– We’ll breathe like forest creatures and remember what calm feels like.

– We’ll explore old melodies whispered across centuries, drawn from the folk traditions of Eastern Europe.

No prior potion-making or vocal training required—just bring your body, your breath, and a curious heart.

The rest will unfold in sound.

A space for those who seek rest, resonance, and maybe a little enchantment.

Singing skills are not required.

The meeting is led by a vocalist and singing teacher with the support of members of the singing group „Surowica“.

Event is donation-based at the site. Suggested donation 15 Euro.

The workshop takes place in the space of Smart Coop and is a part of the WorkCoopHub project, supported by the BMWK in the Frame IGP funding line.
