 mployed? Then this event is just right for you!\nWe’ll be discussing:\n\
 n\n 	\nWhat the term “neurodiversity” means and why it’s not just ab
 out medical diagnoses\n\n 	\nThe pros and cons of self-employment as a neu
 rodivergent person\n\n 	\nWhat neuroinclusive tools are available to help 
 you structure your day\n\n 	\nHow important it is to plan your time\, budg
 et\, and workload to make your self-employment financially sustainable\n\n
  	\nWhat resources are available during times of crisis – without having
  to wait months for diagnostic and therapy appointments\n\n 	\nThe event i
 s interactive and consists of a short keynote followed by a Q&amp\;A sessi
 on with all participants.\n\n\nPlease note: Even with my coaching backgrou

 options.\nAbout Daniela Schubert\nDaniela Schubert (they/them) works as a 
 freelance DEIB consultant\, providing systemic and strategic support to or
 ganizations\, teams\, and leaders in their change initiatives. Daniela als
 o leads workshops and delivers keynote speeches on intersectional topics\,
  with a focus on queerness and neurodiversity in the workplace. In additio
 n\, Daniela regularly publishes on DEIB topics on LinkedIn as a Top Voice 
 and in magazines\, appears as a guest on podcasts\, and is the author and 
 co-author of several professional publications focusing on inclusive work
